Working TV Streamer setups with concurrent soundbar?

Hey all, I am looking for recommendations on working solutions that allow e-ARC from the TV to send sound to both an e-ARC soundbar(mine is a Sonos ARC) and also to the Oticon TV streamer 3.

Currently I am using an OREI BK401- ARC audio extractor to break Optical from the e-ARC signal from the TV and also feed the e-ARC to the soundbar. This typically works fine and the sync is good with no audio mismatch. The issue is the OREI looses sync from the e-ARC randomly about once a week. I have to physically disconnect the HDMI cable to reset it.

Ideally, I have been waiting for a e-ARC audio extractor with so that I can ditch the Oticon TV streamer box altogether, have not seen one yet.

Any other working combos found?

You could try the
Avantree HAX06 - HDMI ARC Audio Extractor with Passthrough.

I’ve been using this for a month with no issues.

Depending on the TV and sound bar you could also do it with and optical splitter but I think you lose using the tv remote to do volume control on the sound bar.

Samsung TV Sound Settings allow you to route the output sound from the TV to:

a) the Sound Bar with or without the TV Speakers
b) the TV Optical Output (which for me drives my Jabra/Resound TV Streamer 2 to my Jabra EP30 )

The both the sound bar and the TV Streamer 2could be driven by a splitter on the optical output, but a nifty option for the sound bar allows both outputs to be used IFF the user selects TV Output via Optical BEFRE selecting TV Output to the Sound Bar.
