Hi, I need to replace my receivers and I cannot find a pin. I searched endlessly for days and I think I might need to just pull the receiver wire but I am afraid of damaging the hearing aids.

Hi, I’m reading different things online about how to replace my Lumity RT receives. Do I need the removal tool or do I just have to pull the receiver out? Thanks!

The Lumnity RL unlike the other Lumitys is a friction retainer so there is no pin. Just grab thr reciver wire close to the aid and pull.
