I get phone, speaker, and hearing aids. With phone and speaker there’s no streaming to the aids. I think what you’re seeing might be a Pixel 9/ Android 16 thing.

I do think there are variations between the Pixel, Samsung & iPhone feature sets. And/or what they’re called & where they’re buried ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I’ve got Android 15, so it must be another variable that gives you that menu option. Or it’s Android 16 that adds that feature…

Wait, did you turn on on your sammy? You should get the same panel I get with android 15. Notice on my screenshot, the LE Audio toggle is enabled.
I don’t think it’s a pixel only thing.

Do you have OneUI7 on your phone?
Otherwise, maybe wait till android 16 comes out.
Android 16 WILL do it for you, per this link3

Yep, One UI7
Things are working well right now - I’ve got streaming through the ’s, which is what I was after. If OS16 gives a few more features that’d be great ![]()

I started another thread about phone calls with Costco , which includes the 9050. My KS10s are getting on so I’m looking for options. When my old phone got crippled I knew the was going to be an issue, so I dug deep and found I could get a Pixel 8 clearance deal for a sane price. So my phone is set to welcome the future.
This is a bit off-topic, but certainly related. I’ve come to learn that by embarking on this great new advance that LE Audio and is supposed to be probably means I’ll be breaking my current near-bulletproof connection to my Windows laptop.
I’ve read that a fundamental truth about Bluetooth is that any version is backward compatible. (Though some manufacturer’s implementations may break that rule, a truly stupid move if you ask me.) And in fact, my Google Pixel 8 phone with LE Audio and Auracast capability does in fact work just dandy with my pre-LE Audio KS10s, as if nothing had changed.
My lowly KS10s may not be on the bleeding edge, but they effortlessly navigate the jungle of connectivity that, from everything I’ve read, many other brands can’t manage. So I have to wonder if any of these “advanced” products can make that claim if they can’t pull off the simple, stupid stuff.
Sorry, I’m ranting. I’m a retired product development engineer, and this crap sets me off. My main question is this - if you have 9050s, presumably you have glitch-free, consistent and genuinely hands-free phone use. But can you connect to your computer equipped with pre-LE Audio Bluetooth, without a separate conversion dongle like a FlooGoo? Oh, also, can you stay connected to both your phone and computer simultaneously, without switching back-and-forth? KS10s do that just fine too. Just like any of these products should.
Seriously - there IS NO GOOD REASON for this to be this hard. Why do we allow it? As for me, if I can’t get the basic functionality in some fancy new HAs that I get with KS10s, I’m probably better off just getting my KS10s refurbed and call it a day. Who needs the hassle?

If you can do all that right now I agree, you’ve got no reason to change a thing.
From what I’ve read, only the newest Windows laptops/PC’s have , is that correct? If so, I can understand why you’d need to either grab a dongle or update your computer.
I’m new to all of this, but it seems like things are moving pretty fast right now…
