Was invited to be a beta tester for the newest version of the My Phonak App. I have provided feedback already to the company regarding loss of TV Connector. I had to re pair my aids to the device which i did successfully, but the TV Connector program appears than immediately disappears in the program list making it inaccessible. I understand there can be problems with BETA apps, just wondering if anyone else is experience the beta version.

I’m grateful for the revised APP! I had 2 issues before. If I was in Autosense the Start Up program is Calm. But it’s too quiet the way it’s set up…I always increase the volume by +2 (4dB) If autosense switched programs to Speech in Noise, then later went back, myPhonak went back to the stored volume. And I couldn’t hear. First warning was a hit up side the head because I didn’t know I was being talked to…myAPP is fixed now! It goes back to the increaesed volume that I need. Second…Before …

While using the Beta with a Roger On it crashed and required a reboot. As this is the v1 On I’ve had this a while now and it’s never had an issue. Coincidence it may be, but I’m now watching it like a hawk.
No other issues noted as yet - I may be the least exciting tester they have….

I upgraded the app and use a V1 Roger on as a laptop connector and have not had any problems.
