Hi everyone!

I’m new to the forum and decided to join after I saw that there was a very friendly section. I bought some Signia Motion 13 5NX hearing aids from eBay in their sealed boxes.

I niavely thought I’d be able to get them programmed (for a reasonable fee) by a local audiologist

As far as I can work out I need a Noahlink Wireless2 programmer and the Connexx software. Before I splash out on these items, please could someone let me know if these are the right bits for the job?

Sorry if this is duplication of a regular topic. I searched but couldn’t find specific posts or details for my exact .

Thanks in advance,

Andy

Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, please be sure to research and read the user guides before starting your DIY projects as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, and yes the Noahlink wireless programming device works with the NX platform onwards, sounds like a good deal to get as new models, you don’t post your audogram but hopefully they’ll fit your loss ok.

Hi, thanks for the welcome and for confirming that. I’ll get those bits ordered then and post back on how things go.

Best regards,

Andy :grinning:

Hi, I’m new here. The tubes on my hearing aids have broken. I have had them for some time. All I know is that my hearing aids are Signia Motion 13 5Nx. I’ve been looking for tubes on sale but I don’t know what size. Have looked all over the tubes but there is nothing on them indicating size. Can anyone help?

Well in that case there is a slide measurement tool used, you could try printing one off and see if you can work it out, I think there’s only 4 sizes to choose from.

An example here.

Yes, more like the left hand one. Two problems. 1. The audiologist that was supplying them has closed. 2. I now live on a narrowboat travelling the waterways. At the moment at a boat yard but soon to be moving on.
