I was able to get the Widex Allure hearing aids paired to the FlooGoo FMA120, but no sound comes out. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

We haven’t received specific feedback for this model yet. Do you know if it’s identical to another model, or could you share its firmware version string? If it’s a rebranded unit, it might use the same firmware and version identifier.

Did you mean the firmware version of the FlooGoo FMA120 or the Widex Allure? If the Widex Allure it’s 4.0.294 if you mean the FMA120 it’s v1.1.2 , but I wasn’t able to get sound through. I was able to get it paired, but can’t figure out why no sound goes through. I saw on another post that someone recommended to use the FMA120. What I do know that works is AudioRelay. Using my laptop has the server and my tablet as the player and pair the Widex Allure hearing aids to the tablet. I was trying to get it to work directly to the laptop so I can use the hearing aids for meetings. I am not sure if it’s identical to another model, but I do know that it’s an upgrade from the Widex Moment.

Please send us an email with a screenshot of the FlooCast app. From your description, it seems the “Dongle State” may be stuck at “Audio Start” after pairing and starting playback. If so, this indicates that part of the audio setup process between the devices didn’t complete successfully.
