I am running Windows 11
This could be it, the Noahlink wireless does have a known issue that sometimes it can’t find the driver, but it can be got from HIMSA.
The Airlink updater cannot find the Airlink 2
Strange, like did you follow the instructions to a T.
I tried a firmware update from Target and it also did not find the Airlink
I think it needs to be “updated” first tho, Win11 could be the problem.
Windows Device Manager shows no driver installed and no driver available
Yes as you haven’t updated yet so that makes sense.
This is what I’d do, try the update from a win10 PC, the updater is here.
www.supportgn.com/files/airlink2updater/airlink2updaterinstall.exe13
So you install the updater and get the shortcut on your desktop, and only then do you plug the Airlink 2 in, then right click and this should start the process.
