NoahLink Wireless and GN Airlink2

Trying to re load the first version you gave me. I uninstalled the other one and restarted my computer and getting this msg.

I’d not try this one yet, so yeah make sure you have uninstalled all files on your PC regarding SmartFit, then restart and install 1.18
But wow yeah one problem after another.

I am about to give up. It’s just getting worse. I can’t find the 1.8 version now.

Last message for the night. It finally worked when I ran the airlink updater again. I got a msg that my serial number might not match at that point. Don’t remember the rest but it was successful because I then ran the 3. Something noahlink updater and the firmware popped up in the window.
Connected one ha then decided to go to updates and clicked it. It said new update as of may 1 2025. So I updated. After all done I had to see if it was still working. I pulled both ha’s from the charger this time and both connected. They’re linked. I didn’t go any further because I am still worried bout making my audiologist mad. But will eventually not care. But also afraid to mess them up.

Here’s what I did. My son’s win11 pc, updates as far as you can go without a security module. Plugged in airlink to known good usb port. Tried to run airlink upgrader but that didn’t find my airlink. Noted device manager called it a noahlink wireless, so I tried noahlink wireless updater. Doesn’t find it. My son suggests getting the driver. I do that from himsa site. Updater sees it right away after that. Probably could have gone straight into target after the driver was loaded, but I updated it since I was right there at that screen. Life is good, target sees it and verifies it is valid.
