Program Audibel Via 1200

Hi,

Is anyone able to help. I was wondering if there was anyone able to programme these hearing aids to my specific ? I don’t have access to the tools to be able to make them work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m in the UK.

Your hearing aids are the house brand of the Starkey Livio 1200 (generation 2019) however Starkey has renamed them. For programming this re-labled product you need:

a Windows PC

Hardware interface

Noahlink Wireless programmer

Programming Software

Starkey Inspire X + Starkey Patientbase
(install both)

Download PatientBase Installer11 (<-- this link download the latest version of Patientbase for ProFit/Inspire 2023.1 and newer) , from here7 this is the link to the Patientbase website.

For Inspire X software check your PM.

The Starkey Inspire software, including the Audibel version
For programming Audibel hearing aid you need to start the inspire software via a special startup command to boot into the Audibel mode.

open the Windows Run command window
→ press Windows-Key + R and enter the command line.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Starkey Laboratories\Inspire OS\Starkey.Inspire.Host.PatientBase.exe launch AudibelFitting

Tip: Use copy and paste for entering the command line.

there were a typo in the command lines and it is now corrected.
