Windows 7 Pro updated to Windows 10 which has been updated to Windows 11
Wow, good PC hardware, when it was bought during Windows 7 Pro time and still is eligible for Windows 11 update, like TPM 2.0 or processor.

Here’s a YouTube video that explains the Bluetooth issues with hearing aids: [The Truth About Bluetooth in Hearing Aids & (How to Fix it)]
I think that this post from FlyboyBob is relevant to your issue.

Thanks for your reply. I have done as you suggest. This means only my iPhone as Bluetooth turned on. There is still no difference, the sound keeps turning on and off. I was wondering if the Virto R are having the same problem.

For what it is worth in this discussion- I installed the Sound Amplifier (Google) app on my Android, and suddenly had Bluetooth connection problems between my Phonaks and my Android phone I never had before. The repeatedly tried to connect unsuccessfully, dropping all sound intermittently from my right HA. The problem was solved by uninstalling the app.

I think you must mean Airpod pro 3. iPad Pro 3 came out more than 5 years ago, i think.

I have sleep apnea and I’m .
I’ve thought for a long time there’s no common sense in the way both conditions are diagnosed, and treated.
Being HOH my bad hearing is far more dangerous for me where I’ve worked for almost 22 years. Construction. Three close calls. Walking my dog; even more.

23 October Update
Returned my second pair of Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio hearing aids to Phonak on 11 September due to receiver connector issues. The right-side connector/plug was loose, repeatedly causing audio dropouts—but notably, this did not affect Bluetooth Classic streaming. These issues still appear unrelated.
Interestingly, several users have reported similar receiver connector problems, suggesting a possible batch manufacturing issue, though this has not yet been confirmed by Phonak.
From Phonak Hearing Aid Community Facebook group2 by HearingTracker:
Jo Bags: “This may not be relevant, but after several variable issues with Spheres and i90/i70—including one replacement pair—the audiologist discovered that the fault was with the plug that connects the wire to the . A batch was made with the connection too tight, and damage was caused while plugging and unplugging. Since that discovery, I’ve had no ongoing issues
Over the past six weeks, I’ve been using a loaner pair of the same Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio aids from my audiologist and have been running the same iPhone and iOS (18.6/7), I experienced zero Bluetooth Classic streaming issues or disconnects in my home office or multiple other environments. That’s remarkable, considering both of my previous pairs of Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio had persistent Bluetooth Classic connectivity failures.
I’ve asked Phonak to review the digital logs from my returned hearing aids on specific dates/times when those Bluetooth failures occurred. I’ll share any findings once I hear back.
As of today, I’m starting with a third new pair of Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio hearing aids—this time running the “Ultra” firmware upgrade v1.1.11.0.
Let’s see what this new firmware and hardware combo has in store. I’m hopeful the Bluetooth Classic issues are resolved with the v1.1.11.0 “Ultra” firmware—but I remain skeptical.
The engineer in me still wants a clear root cause. But honestly? At this point, I’d just be relieved to move on and stop burning time chasing answers from Phonak/Sonova leadership.

I recommend that video, which @birdcountry99 was the first to post here on the forum:

Thanks for the attribution, @Bimodal_user !
However, I got that link from @Flyboybob , so I’ll pass on the praise to him.

Try un,-pairing your aids, remove the app, boot your phone, reinstall the app and re-pair your aids
Let us know if this helps.

Indeed, I did that yesterday and it helps a lot with speed of establishing a connection. Bluetooth is perfect.

I have done all that has been suggested, to no avail. One thing I have found is, if I turn off my left there is no problem with streaming. I wonder if something is wrong with left aid. I have an appointment with the audiologist in a couple of days, so I will see what he says.

Reply to @LenV : If the Bluetooth drop-outs are caused by limited processing power (small buffer and after a disconnect not enough processing power to fill the buffer again) then that would make sense. If the right (streaming) does not have to relais sound to the left HA there is less processing power needed and less chance of the buffer becoming empty". (Buffer underrun, causing drop-outs).

Thanks for that. Unfortunately at my age it’s gone over my head. The thing I do not understand is if I return to old Phonak Paradise they work perfectly

Len I had issues with my Phonak Audeo Praduse P90R’s
The dispensing Audii made mistakes
The Left hearing aid was not set to communicate with the Right
Wrong domes
The fellow I found to replace the dispensing Audi changed that in Target.
That solved problems for me. There were others too
