Hello,
I wondering if someone can help me with the set up. I have phonak naida l90-up hearing aids, just got them three weeks ago.
At my work, we have the Cisco 7841 landlines (not Bluetooth) and I want to hookup to the phonak tv connector. Number one- I work in a very loud busy environment and unfortunately apparently I cannot use the app to mute surrounding noise while on phone (app disconnects while on Bluetooth calls) so Bluetooth is not ideal. The tv connector however streams clearly into my hearing aids and I have the ability to decrease ambient noise and so I want to hook it up instead. I’ve searched the forums and found similar answers for computer or cellphone set up with tv connector. I got the telephone rj9 adaptor to female aux cord. The rj9 plugs into the headset jack and then I used an inline mic aux to connect it to the tv connector (which is what I saw someone do for their cellphone). I can hear them but the caller cannot hear me.
Has anyone tried this with a landline and a tv connector? If yes, how did you make it work?
Thank you
