Numberof Handles Jabra EP 30

I am seeing online that the Jabra Enhance Pro 30s have 17 adjustment handles but in my SmartFit app I still have the same slider to choose between 6 or 10 handles to adjust. Anyone know how to access the full 17 handles?

I’m talking about the SmartFit software. You can choose between having 6 or 10 frequency “handles” that you are able to adjust the gain and . But the info I am finding online says the max number of gain handles for the Jabra EP 30 is 17. I want to be able to see the other 7.

Oh okay well I believe it was country dependant, so USA got different amount of “handles” from say UK and others.

Hmm. Well that stinks It may mean the Philips for me then. I’d like to have a little more control over the 500-1500 range than what the 10 handles SmartFit gives me. I know they design this stuff to make it as simple as possible for the bulk of the bell curve. For those of us who fall on the fringe it’s kind of a bummer. My on here is from my last Costco. But those measurements don’t actually show how big of a dip I have between 600-1200 - which is significantly lower than 400 or 1500.

Re-opening this. I went by Costco the other day and my fitter showed me that on their software there was the option for 17 handles - the little toggle on the bottom said 6, 10, 17. I have SmartFit 2.2 and the option for 17 handles is not showing up. Could any of you who use SmartFit and have the Jabra EP 30s let me know if you have the option for 17 handles. Thanks.

You’ll need to uninstall and then reinstall, you’ll then be given the option what language etc
