For years I had an old hearing aid, and I finally bought the Oticon Intent 1. However, I feel it isn’t helping me as much as my old one did! (Although I am waiting for the microshell and I believe it will improve a lot). I decided to go for a adjustment because my hearing has minor fluctuations. For this specific hearing aid, I need the software (can anyone help me find where to get it?) and is the Noahlink Wireless compatible? Thank you very much

Hi, I have a Noah Link 2 and an older set of Opn S1 but would like to know where to access the Genie 2 software. Currently wearing the Phonak Spheres which work well but would like to explore the route on older HA’s first. Thanks
