Just switched from Signia Pure Charge&Go 2X to Jabra Enhance Pro EP360S-C. Got them from Costco. Had an excellent experience there. Have a follow up appt in one month. So far I really like the Jabra’s. The Signia’s were fairly low end units, and I was really struggling to hear well with them. Situation is much better now! Are you speaking directly into the phone? I have to remember to do that since the reception is so good coming into the ’s.

Actually, no. I sort of assumed the ’s mic’s would feed audio back to the phone. It certainly seemed to be the case with the Signia HA’s.

What phone do you have? I found that on my Pixel 9 with Oticon, you can set the default microphone for calls (use the microphone in the hearing aids or use the phone’s microphone). Maybe your setup has a similar option?

My 30’s only seem to activate the aid mics for calls when I use, tap to answer. Otherwise I need to speak into the phone. If anyone knows how to activate aid mics when placing a call, please chim in. (im using s24 android). Tnx
