I Replaced my 6 year old Resound Preza's with the Rexton's two months ago but have had problems from the beginning and now tired of fighting iPhone 15 connectivity issues and inability to tweak programs or to get settings to stay after recharging. I have had several calls with the Rexton Connection help line these continually loose Blue Tooth connection while on calls, switch from iPhone mic to hearing aid mic's during call and caller can't hear me and default to hearing aid mic 90% of the time when receiving calls even though iPhone Mic is selected as input under Sounds and Hepatics.
I'm have also struggled trying to tweak sound quality using the Rexton app where the usual adjustments for EQ, Wind Noise, and Background noise etc. are not there and instead the user is asked questions Q & A and based on your answers the app makes changes the user cannot see or know what been changed which in my case I guess it really doesn't matter anyway as all changes are usually lost after charging.
I am now back using y Resounds now and have not returned the Rextons yet as I live 130 miles from Costco but would really like to have the opinions of the very knowledgable people of the forum as to best ones to try next. So what do you think, because I had no issues with the Resound Preza's for 6 years does that make the Jabra Enhance Pro the better choice for me now or I have two friends that are pleased with the Phillips Hearlink 9050?
Ive attached my and thank you for taking a look I would really appreciate your recommendations.
