Update, the ampclusion got better after I made the vent diameter larger, about
2 mm with no feedback, It’s a technique for occlusion but it seems to work for ampclusion also.
I also found this Starkey paper, A FORGOTTEN TECHNIQUE FOR
RESOLVING THE OCCLUSION EFFECT, and it says to reduce the length of the vent, should work to reduce the ampclusion effect also.

Yes, but it comes at the cost of underamplification in the frequencies you need, especially the higher ones. This results in poorer performance with a costly hearing aid. . Increasing the size of the vent isn’t a good solution for “ampclusion,” especially if decreasing the low-frequency gain would suffice.

The Starkey article also refers to occlusion effect, no “ampclusion”.

Yeah it’s an old technique, used to drill the inside 2mm and leave the outside 1.2 a bit like a horn effect ; )

Hi, I used an old mold to increase the vent size and the new mold has the
original vent size, so going back to the new mold.
