Phonak Bolero M question

Hi. Everyone. I have the Phonak Bolero M. My question is about the rocker switch. I’ve worked out the shutting the battery doors switch the hearing aids on. From talking to the audiologist I think he has just set the hearing aids up by speech/sound via microphone and loop. I see from the handbook I should have received, and didn’t, From switching the hearing aids on what would I do you use these two settings. Many thanks.

Sorry hard to make out exactly what your asking, but the rocker switch can be configured to do different things, if you want the loop tecoil that’s a separate program usually, do you use Roger products as well.

I’m reading from this, that the Audiologist has added some extra programs and the . Maybe “Speech in noise”?

When set up as default your hearing aids will startup in the Automatic mode (da, da da da). If you press and hold any of the rocker buttons, they will switch to the next additional programme (da), then again (da da) and the loop.

Open the app and watch what mode it changes to.

Hi Peter. The audiologist didn’t mention anything about an app. I’ll have a look on Wi-Fi of Bluetooth and see if there’s any indication they will connect to a suitable app. Jackie.
