New to programming

Hi all,

I´ve had serveral hearing aids over the years and would like to start making my own adjustments. I recently got a pair of Signia Insio 5AX and believe I need a Noahlink Wireless device for the matter plus the Signia Connex software.

I have a few questions:

  • Which one is better, the Nohalink 1 or 2?
  • Can I use the Noahlink device with different brands?
  • Would anyone be so king to share the Signia software link?

Just seen this, after replying to your other post.

The Noahlink Wireless is universal for most recent hearing aids.

I’m not sure of the extra benefits of their v2, but if you can get one without paying too much more, it may provide a bit more longevity.

Same I’ve only just seen this post, so as Peter says.

  1. There’s no difference between 1 or 2 for programming your , they both do exactly the same thing.
  2. Yes it’s the industry standard for programming.
  3. Great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

Just be aware you need the connexxAir, Noahlink no good for non wireless models.

Most will already know, but for others, Noahlink will only work with Phonak models from Marvel, Paradise, Lumity and Infinio.

Noahlink Wireless can be used with almost any actual bluetooth enabled hearing aids from the big six manufacturers.

Signa Insio AX hearing aid models are avalable with and without bluetooth.

Insio AX with Bluetooth are programmable with Noahlink Wireless

Insio AX without Bluetooth are only programmable via ConnexAir, or via HiPro/MiniPro with correct cables and flexstrips.
