4000 yuan per ’s is reasonable price in China. Cheaper than India! How about non-Demo models? Available in Guangzhou , Shanghai or Beijing?

You have summoned me.
We make absolutely nothing for the hearing community (dear goodness) - BUT our phones are somewhat compatible with phonak. I don’t know if that will be a solution for many.

Then why called it “Demo” & “Not for sale” - ??? if it is the same as the premium or standard model.

The Chinese market is price-disordered. These devices are usually sold just like ordinary electronic products. The housing is marked Demo, and the model is Intent 1, which is completely identical to the standard retail version.

Still I think overpriced for “Demo” it’s nice that you don’t have to reset them, but definitely no warranty, these would be confiscated if they were ever sent to Oticon for service/repairs, strictly projects only.

Take a holiday in GZ and stay for a few more days to get the Demo or never version of the Demo in the near future. Thank you for your kind feedback.

Warranty can only be arranged through the merchant who sold you the device. I guarantee that it indeed comes with a 2-year free warranty.

Yes but it’s not a “real factory warranty” from Oticon, it’s the sellers warranty, not worth the paper it’s written on, so good maybe for the local buyer’s but anyone else it’s well…

Seems accurate. But they are all sort of a seller’s warranty because it is hard to access the factory warranty through another seller. Also it does not link to the device but the original owner.
Is there ever a written warranty from Oticon to the aid buyer?

Well yes, through your authorised clinic you buy from, I’ve never had a problem getting factory warranty through other clinic’s? The warranty is with the for the period specified by your clinic, some offer 4 years, the standard is 3 years.

Your post is literally about the finding out about the chinese hearing aid market - did you forget what you posted? If you are looking a any reviews, they are likely to be from chinese soiurces and should be met with skepticism - why is that so hard to understand?

Sure, people move around, interstate and from one state to another, even cross borders, your warranty doesn’t become null and void because of this.
