Hi, I am new to hearing aids and I have inherited a pair of Phonak Audeo L90. I have tried them and they help but they are not tuned for me. I have tweeked a few settings with the phonak app, which helps but I’d really like to tune them with Phonak Target. One audiologist advised that they may have a password and be locked unless the password is known. The original supplier was Specsavers UK. Does anyone know if Specsavers normally lock their and, if they do, does the Target software allow me to factory reset them and clear the password? BTW I did call Specsavers to see what it would cost to retune them for me but they said it is their policy not to retune for a different person – strikes me as a money racket! Thanks for any advice
