Re programme resound

So check with the Apps to see what the exact model and serial number, honestly ReSound models are very easy to connect and use with SmartFit, only a couple of others in all the years on the forum had a issue with no success.

If it’s a rebrand. They both connect to the resound app on iPhone. Controls and adjustments can be done. Even details the previous owners name. Inside each aid is the model and serial. They definitely connect the Resound app. Unfortunately the adjustments will not work for my level of hearing. I know they work.but do need reprogrammed. Noahlink will.just not connect. If they are locked - is there any way to tell? Both branded both model and serial.and both connect to the resound app. ?

Yeah that’s the thing, you’ll find you can connect to different apps, because they are all the exactly the same, just with a different name, but I think you’ve exhausted your options, can you return them as they can’t be programmed for whatever reason?

Just sounds like the “Costco” version which are locked.
