I don’t think it is setting up the remote capability, but that you can’t do remote programming on aids that haven’t been programmed locally.
I was saddened to find out last week that my audiology clinic no longer supports remote
Hello WhiteHat, when I was first fitted with my hearing aids, I believe the audiologist programmed all the settings using his system. The problem is that this audiologist has stopped responding to my emails regarding this issue. Does this mean that only he has the capability to program or calibrate the hearing aids since he was the one who initially programmed them? I currently live overseas and am unsure about what to do. Would it help to FedEx them to an audiologist in the US to start over? Thank you.
