I think I regret purchasing Jabra to replace my Rexton hearing aids. I thought they would be better, but I hate the domes and can’t get a good fit in one ear. Any advice?

Have you contacted your Costco and told them your issue? I only have two suggestions:
You may need to change the type of domes and the size.
When I purchased my Rextons, they gave me initially, and they were uncomfortable. We replaced them with open domes, which I had on my previous hearing aids. The discomfort vanished. Also,in the past, with my old Starkeys, I had to change the dome size to prevent the domes falling out.
Also ask about a retention tail/retention wire4, if you don’t have one on each hearing aid.
My old hearing aids had retention tails. When I complained that one of my new Rextons kept falling out, the Costco put a retention tail on each hearing aid. Problem solved.
These changes are free with your Costco hearing aids.

Trying out different domes is very easy to do, and can make a big difference in comfort and sound, but it’s not a situation where buying a different type dome from an online retailer is the way to try them out, because different domes require different settings in the programming, and unless you feel up to adjusting programming yourself, you should really work on this by making an appointment with your Costco. They’ll let you try all the different dome styles and then adjust the programming for the one or two styles that are most comfortable.
I wouldn’t return aids just because the domes weren’t great, at least not without trying different styles first, or even as suggested, possibly custom molds (which is an upcharge).

I had to change my receiver length on one ear because it kept pulling up and causing pain. It worked for me on my Jabra 20
