Using a setup and want to replace the speaker and wire on one side. I kinked it a bit trying to mold the wires better.
Since it’s the non functioning speaker side, I didn’t think it’d be a big deal to swap on a medium powered in exchange of the low powered one but when I do I get an error tone on the other ear.
Do these have to be reprogrammed or only swapped with the same power level? Didn’t think it’s matter since it’s on my dead ear, but maybe the aids are set for only one level?
