sorry I forgot to tell you that I own the Pro link but do not know how to connect it to my fitting software.

Oh okay then, so you also need the ProLink Connector to fit the -Micro type hearing aids.
I am looking for the cables that connect with the Pro Link connector to program a Widex Moment 440 CIC. Any idea where to get these?

Oh sorry for some reason I thought you had , but it’s plug and play usually, did you install Widex compass correctly (install driver when asked) also which version are you trying to use? Do you have the bluetooth dongle connected to your PC? Have you chosen ProLink as your default device, be sure to have other Bluetooth devices turned off, and not have the connected to any other device.

It’s specifically for the ProLink as in the picture above, but you can use USB cable if you haven’t got it.

Sorry if I’m asking this, I tried to connect with USB cord & fitting software cannot communicate with it. Could you please tell me how I can connect it with USB cable that Widex software can connect with it?? I found on eBay this item Widex Soundconnect bluetooth streamer device. If I get this, would it work?? Thank you so much for the information.

Well first let’s establish what you’re doing wrong, what is the exact version of compass software your using, have you read the user guide for ProLink and compass? You need to choose ProLink in compass as the required programming device, you also need to put the in “pairing mode” by opening and closing the battery doors, you only get a couple of minutes to connect, are the LED lights flashing when trying to connect, is the ProLink fully charged?confirm the HAs aren’t connected to any Bluetooth devices while trying to program, lots of things to get right before starting, Google “Widex ProLink user guide and Widex compass user guide” read and understand what you need to do before starting.
