Oticon Genie 2 program download

I have one pair of Oticon intent 1 hearing devices and I would like to do configuration and adjusting with the Noahlink wireless 2. Can someone help and provide me with the link for downloading the latest version of the software program?

Hello folks, I would likte to do some fine adjustments to my new Oticon Jet PX (labeled as Soniton Personal 6.4).
Where can I find the user guides and the genie2 software?

Welcome to the forum @eisenhpferd great your giving a go, but are you sure you can use Genie2 on those rebranded models, never heard of them before so they could be locked, you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Yes, my hearing aid acoustician ist doing it with the Genie2. The Soniton Personal is identical with the Oticon Jet PX.
And Yes I purchased the Noahlink in GB. Here in Germany it is not allowed to sell this device to "normal” people :slight_smile:

I’m writing from Italy and I’m looking for some information about the Oticon Genie 2 software. Could anyone please point me in the right direction regarding where to obtain it or how to access it?

I currently own a pair of Oticon More 1 rechargeable hearing aids and I would like to learn more about programming and managing them.

I’m also searching for a Noahlink Wireless interface at a reasonable price. In your experience, is the Noahlink Wireless 2 really necessary, or is Noahlink Wireless 1 sufficient for the Oticon More 1 devices?

Additionally, one of my hearing aids seems to need a battery replacement. Has anyone successfully replaced the rechargeable battery independently? If so, could you please share any advice, recommendations, or resources before I attempt the repair myself?

Welcome to the forum @Faber great your giving a go, be sure to read the user guides before starting and it doesn’t matter which version of Noahlink wireless you get as they both do the same thing and yes you can change the rechargeable batteries in the more, you’ll need to track them down on eBay or others
