How the T-Coil is activated?

Hopefully your fitter set up a program to enable the telecoil. If not then they need to (or you can DIY). Then when you’re at a looped location you switch to that program and the sound should come through. Are you finding looped locations? They seem pretty rare.

If you have the app then you should be able to see a list of all the programs in the aids.

I use mine to listen on the home land line phone, I did have to add a magnet to make it stronger since the one on the phone was not sufficient, this makes listening on that phone feasible, it’s not as great as BT on my cell, but it works ok. The other solution for using that phone is I put the speakerphone mode on, then everyone in the room can listen in. My Audi set it up, I have P70’s that have the Tcoil.

Hi! Thanks for your answer. Well, I can select programs on “MyPhonak-App” which I saved there but there is no possibility for acgtively switching on the t-coil. I just read in the data sheet that my Naida L90 UP do have a t-coil and I saw that the cinema nearby where I live offers this kind of sound transmission. So I am super curious how it would be to get the sound directly transmitted to my hearing aids.

@Marc1975 your audiologist must enable the program in the fitting SW. Pls call him/her to ask if this was done. To my knowledge there is no way to activate the program in myPhonak app if it wasn’t previously activated. And the audiologist should also explain to you how to use it of course.
