Hi there @malgraham great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time and don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Hi tenkan
Thanks for the he link. I guess you do not have the 2026.1 version of hearsuite. I have the 2025.2 and the link is for an earlier version.
Apparently the 2025 version updater will not update to 2026 and so it needs a standalone version of 2026 to update.
Cheers
Mal

Hi Tencan. I’m new here. My first aids fitted today on NHS - I made the appointment on Thursday, and walked out with an and new Danalogic 77s (some rebadged ReSounds I believe) today. No wait but fairly basic equipment, but it’s free…. I will definitely want to play with the settings and optimise to my taste, or by better stuff when I am more knowledgeable. My deficit is 20db at 0.5hz to 70db at 4k… and on down… Can you point me to a link for Smart Fit. I will get a Noahlink too… Cheers

Hi @tenkan would I also be able to get a download link to the latest Version of HearSuite? I recently purchased the Philips 9050 from Costco, but can’t stand the 4D directional sensing and Transient Noise Reduction. I tried returning to Costco for an adjustment but the Senior Fitter there was very dismissive and less than helpful. He told me that there’s no way to make a program with those features disabled, but I know that many users here have done just that via . He didn’t seem to know his way around the software at all. I have a NoahLink device on the way and would like to get HearSuite installed to try to disable those features myself.

I now have a NoahLink 2 and a Philips 9050 . I’m fine with the hearing programs, but want to create a custom music program for my violin playing and am in need of the HearSuite software. Could you please provide a source for this?
Also, where do I find the notes and general background information on customizing HA’s on this forum?
Thank you.

You mean the user guides right, so it’s all pretty simple really, once you’ve done some research you’ll see how easy it is, but check out the links for music etc

Thanks for all your help. I’ve managed to get all the software configured and looked at the Philips 9050 music program configuration that the Costco fitter had optimized for my violin playing. There appear to be only a few settings available they were already turned off.
I think the goal of getting some ’s that don’t horribly distort when actually playing a violin is possible. The volume close to the ear is just too loud.

Yeah I think most musicians aren’t that happy with how reproduce music, however they can adjusted to get them sounding acceptable to most, it does seem those with a musical ear prefer Widex zero delay HAs, as your complaint is more with the loudness I’d make adjustments there to start with.

This issue isn’t listing to music as in concerts and recordings. The issue is playing a violin where the instrument is just a few inches from the ear. I’ve tried all the major brands, including Widex, and they all have the same problem.

Okay yeah, so did you read those links I sent, one is for the violin, so you need to sort the and adjust those louder higher frequency in fine tuning, especially on the left-hand side as I presume this is causing most problems, distortion can be many things, but knowing what and how to make these adjustments in the software is the first step, a bit of experimenting including different formula’s is the only way to find a suitable sound.

Hello, can someone provide the hearsuite download link? My computer crashed, and I lost my software. Thanks so much.
