I managed to install CONNEXX 9.4 Signia software on my Laptop, now I need ConnexxAir Dongle to communicate with the system and Signia SILK 5 IX device.

it work as it have to and really simple to use.

I purchased mine on EBay. You see them there occasionally. I sold it on the buy/sell section of this forum. You will need the programmer to connect to your hearing aids. The dongle just connects your computer to the programming device.

Hello sir

I have the SIGNIA programme / software and my self experienced programmer. But, I don’t have the ConnexAir dongle to communicate with the software and hearing aid. It is difficult for me to purchase from eBAY, because I am in India.

I don’t know what to do?
