3 new Phonak Spheres fail during trial period. Looks like it's going to be Oticons for me. A link for the Genie software would be much appreciated

3 Pairs of Phonak Spheres have failed me during the trial wear periods. Failures seemed to be mostly hardware, exhibiting constant receiver disconnects at the socket plug-ins. The first set exhibited some of the same, with the left aide eventually failing to respond at all (possibly a board issue?). Many other issues also arose - errors in selecting appropriate modes, inability to make Bluetooth connections, and more. It seems silly to try a fourth time. This model is obviously not ready for prime time. Too bad because the sound quality is superior to my older P90’s. My likely alternate looks to be Oticons, so I would appreciate it if someone could drop me the download link for the latest Oticon software. Thanks

Hi there, well that’s a bad run for sure, highly unusual tho, as most people aren’t reporting this, but regardless I’m sure you’ll notice a difference between your Phonak and Oticon models, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for any projects tho.

I have been working with Target for some time now and will be using it to tweak my older P90’s. Haven’t made up my mind yet, but the Phonak failures have surely made me lose trust! I would be going with the Oticon intent 1’s and it would be helpful to be able to see what their software looks like compared to Target
