Costco finally gave me a full refund on my Sonitr R hearing aids. 2 different stores could not get them to work correctly and not keep shutting off. Sent them in for repair and they came back worse than before. Shopping for new ones again.

If you liked the Seinnheiser why not try another pair. Most do not have that problem..

They were great for 4 months and then a year of fighting Costco. I got burned this time, so a little hesitant. The new Sennheiser Rise is interesting.

Interesting, they waive the 180 day return on a case by case basis. Did it need the store manager or only the hearing manager? I wonder whether they got credit from Phonak or Costco took the loss.
Anyone else get a refund (Costco or elsewhere) when aids were repeatedly defective and it was after the return period?

The store Manager made the decision. The Hearing Aid Manager kept saying hey work with me . We can make them work. Blamed me for not coming in more often. 150 mile round trip got real old. Over 2000 miles on my car trying to get them to work.

Sam’s Club is an option now (if there is one closer to you ). They started selling aids that are on-par with Costco for about the same price .

Would remote fittings work for you? Your local Costco may be able to provide that service to you since you a ways away from the store.

2 different Costcos and neither will do that. Big excuse is poor interrnet connections. More like laziness to me.
