Not sure if there is a solution for this?
After changing out fresh Battery 13, both Vivia stopped working! No beeping, No tones whatsoever. Is there a self remedy for this issue?
Tried removing the battery, left it sat door open for 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Putting in another fresh pair battery. Still no-go!
iPhone don’t pickup the signal. Tried pairing, no go either.
Any idea what’s going on?

I suggest taking the aids back to your prescriber to see if you need replacements.
My ReSound Nexia Bi- aids, which are rechargeable, died suddenly like yours. I took them back to my hearing aid specialist and they were replaced. While the rechargeables have a long battery life, Bi-CROS uses a lot of streaming power, which is probably why they died earlier.

Take them back to your Audiologist. Send them away for a service, if there’s anything wrong with the Sid Resound will either fix it or replace the aid.
