I have a moderate to severe hearing loss and just started my Jabra trial.
FIRST FIT. the overall sound quality on the first fit for the Costco Jabra Enhanced Pro 20 behind the ear hearing aids was pretty good. The hard plastic skeletal earmolds with tubes are well made and comfortable.
The desktop charger is user-friendly , but it has to be plugged in to work, it would be better if it held 3 charges and was portable like the model.
The phone app and streaming is good with Apple music.
THE NEED FOR A LITLE MORE FINE TUNING.
During normal activity The Jabra sound on the aids has a little bite to it, seems a little sharp.
Sometimes when I or someone else raise the voice and speak deeply to get a point across there is a slight reverberation, like the sound is almost on the verge of a feedback.
At the Kingdom Hall, in the auditorium, the sound quality is also a little high pitch. While a soft spoken person or normal speaker is at the mic on stage it’s fine, however a loud spoken person makes me cringe because of the uncomfortable loud sharpness.
Goal for next sound adjustment
Maybe lower the sharpness, lower maybe the pitch, in order to make the sound more comfortable, so when people raise their voice and speak in a deep voice it doesn’t make me cringe. Maybe the sound quality needs to be made a little softer?
I WELCOME YOUR SUGGESTIONS FOR MY NEXT COSTCO HEARINGCENTER APPOINTMENT.
