Increasing volume streaming with bluetooth and Auracast

My question is whether the streaming volume while using bluetooth and/or (Homespot device) is set when the hearing aids are set up by the or Specialist or is it something I can change? While for the most part, the volume is sufficient but I would like a bit more choice in the volume setting. Thanks.

Streaming programs including volume is set by the software/Audiologist based on your audogram, so yes it can be adjusted for a default setting, if your using the App on your phone you can make small changes there, I’m guessing there’s no App for your Bluetooth device to control? Otherwise Inline Amp for your device maybe.

Thanks. My SoundGear amp app has streaming volume control for Bluetooth and for . When I max either out depending on which I am using, it is loud enough, just want some more room to raise it. I guess I need another appointment to see if they can program it to give me some more volume. The hearing aids themselves are fine as they are set.

I turn them up when streaming bt and using the assistant in my app. I want to make them louder at times but they are maxed out. I am assuming it is a programming issue.

Yes you can have the default increased in software.

One thing that can be done (or at least looked at) when using a Homespun transmitter is to change the volume setting on the transmitter. You will need to connect the transmitter to a computer to do this and you must be using Chrome as your browser to interface with the Homespot transmitter user controls. Go to this website:
