Phonak Infinio 90 Sphere rebooting while wearing

I just woke up, put on my Sphere’s, checked my iPhone and then heading downstairs to the first floor to make coffee for my wife and I. Halfway down the stairs the hearing aid that connects with my iPhone rebooted. Turns out I had left my iPhone upstairs in the bedroom so maybe it rebooted thinking that the bluetooth connection was messed up.

My Spheres disconnect from Bluetooth constantly. It’s impossible to listen to an audiobook or YouTube. Very frustrating. forgotten them, reinstalled them, reinstalled the app… No luck.

I use my Spheres to listen to streamed audio on average 5 hours a day we without any issues. You must have notifications going to your aids. Or you are connected to more than one device with notifications enabled.
