Phonak infinio sphere issues with speech clarity

I have a few issues with my new Phonak infinio sphere hearing aids maybe someone could help with before I see my audiologist. I am using power domes and have uploaded my .

  1. Voices sound okay in sphere mode, but somewhat fuzzy and echoey in calm and speech in noise settings regardless of which equalizer settings I choose. Calm is problematic no matter what settings I select. Speech in noise selection is a bit better if I increase the noise reduction and speech focus and use the surround setting. Any tips or advice? Thanks

Your can improve this with the programming software.
It’s possible that reducing the low-frequency gain with the phone app equalizer might help, but you’ve already mentioned that you’ve tried that.

Around 60 hearing loss… Which receiver do you have? M or P?

Your hearing loss would be good for cShell even with UP receiver if you don’t have narrow ear canals. The sound may become fuller.

It’s too weak. My hearing loss is theoretically for M receiver also, according to fitting software, but it’s bullshit.
