I use both at the moment. The light mode is better in daytime and the dark mode better at night…go figure! So I have not voted.

I do light mode on the desktop where I spend the most time on the forum and dark mode on the phone where I spend little time (but some) on the forum. But that's not the question.

I prefer dark mode in general. Your light mode is very well coloured and not overly bright which is very good. The dark mode is possibly too blue given that blue light inhibits melatonin production and people prefer dark mode in the evenings.

I had a cataract issue (resolved now) that pushed me from light to dark. I really had trouble staring at a light background. Now that I can see better, I've stayed with dark, and those few sites that don't have a dark more are easier to tolerate.

This site's dark mode is quite appealing. Very easy on the eyes.

Dark mode all the way- just on desktop/laptop. I don't bother to try to view any forums or social media sites on my phone (with the exception of BlueSky) due to my vision and the need for biiiig fonts :rofl: .

When most sites in the past only had light mode I used a browser extension called Dark Reader (firefox). Since some sites/businesses still refuse to offer a dark mode I still use DR to switch to dark mode (looking at you Vanguard...). Happier when sites/businesses/forums provide an option of dark or light mode :).

like the Dark Mode. I especially like the blue colors you chose. They are very easy on my eyes.
