My Phonak Audeo L90 hearing aids are so buggy that I am getting new hearing aids, NOT Phonak, and am taking the loss (and I'm not rich) on these.
I've seen problems described on these forums, and my L90s have all of those and more. Connecting is buggy, then the connection can drop, and I am continually having to having my bluetooth "forget" them and then re-pair. I have background noises that continue to shift from faint scraping noises to totally mysterious random electronic sounds. The rocker button is counter-intuitive -- you press the bottom or "down" position to pair, for example -- and the top of my button does nothing. Nothing at all.
These are the most disappointing I've ever had.
Any recommendations? I do not want a complicated app or multiple programs, most of which are not useful anyway.
I want reliable, intuitive-use and long-lasting charge (if they are rechargeable -- because my Phonak L90s drain at the blink of an eye, and I don't notice until the next time ) I put them in.
Thanks!
