To start... I tried to upload my . Don't know if I did it correctly but I've got severe loss on the right and pretty mild on the left side.
I'm currently using older Phonak Paradise on both ears (not cros). My audiologist has programmed an AMP- setting that I can click when needed to simulate a cros system. But it's terrible in noise.
I'll be demoing some the end of this year (both regular and cros) and am researching if any of them are using ai & deep neural networks in their CROS or BI-CROS systems yet?
It does seem that Starkey Omega cros uses ai to clean up the sound from the transmitter ear to the good ear... but it was released in 2025 so technology has only improved since then.
So I'm looking for what's currently working well for people with ... particularly in noisy environments.
Thanks for reading!
