Software up and running, Noahlink on the way. My only concern is making sure I do not lose the Costco settings. I am not exactly sure how to do that. Any tips? Thanks.

I have already created a user, manually entered my and have been practically in stand alone mode.

When I connect my ’s, I will have myself as a second user with my Costco test results and settings. I want to be sure I save those settings so I can always go back. How is my question. I assume I will open as a Follow-up visit, make changes and then Save and Quit. At that point I should have two sessions - one will be original from Costco and other will be my changes. Is that right? If so, how do I return to this original settings?

Create user 1, start new fitting, connect your device, you will be asked if you want to use the settings on your hearing aids. When you answer that you do, everything will be brought across including your . Make no changes and save the settings when you exit that session. A session will be created for you.

Repeat for user 2. Not strictly necessary but it keeps things nicely separate. Every time you make a change it will create a new session. You can select any session at a future date to return to the settings for that session.

It programs them when you quit the session and hit the 'save' button to save the session. I don't know what happens if you disconnect them from the computer before you save the session.

Thanks. One more question about the software. Am I correct in saying there is no way to save/print out my ' settings in a human-readable format with the current version of the Hearsuit?

You can print reports. I'm looking for a way to export the numbers to Excel. No luck as yet.

AliExpress delivered Noahlink today…works like a charm. As suggested, I setup two users so I could preserve original settings.

Two things jumped out immediately. My fitter did not update acoustic info. Still shows original base domes instead of earmolds. HiFiMusic does not use whereas General Program does. I have been using HiFiMusic exclusively since it sounds better and I believe speech is clearer.

Going forward, when I have technical questions about frequency lowering, feedback management, etc, should I post in or forum?
