Ear Mold Kits

There are companies that make custom in-ear monitors. You could try and get ear impressions with them. They may not be able to make molds for you though. You should never try and take ear impression yourself, or have someone who isn't well trained doing it on you. If done improperly you can destroy your eardrum and middle ear bones.

I had a few sets made with Lloyd's Hearing aids. Very nice family owned business.
