Locating a left ear R series hearing aid as a replacement for lost one.

Melbourne Australia. Lost my left ear Hearing aid. approx 3 years old and I want to find a replacement rayher than get a completely new pair. Purchased from Amplifon Melbourne. Their Product code is: HA102167 AMPLI-ENERGY R 3P R SBG PG - LEFT.

Does anyonme know the Phonak model for this and or know where I could possible get a replacement? Many thanks Email is: peterfeltha52@gmail.com

Amplifon tech levels for these aids are: 5,4,3,2 -- Phonak tech levels are 30,50, 70 and 90. This indicates it is a Phonak level P50.
SBG: Sand beige
R: - rechargeable.

Based on the release date (around 2022) and certificates, It's an old Paradise model. You most likely got them more than 3 years ago.

So you have a Phonak P50 rechargeable beige.

The left and right sides are the same. What changes is the receiver attached.

As I said, they are old aids. You can look in our classified section. Be aware that old aids with replaceable batteries are prone to fail after 4 years hence buying one like yours is a risky purchase. Rechargeable aids more than 5 years old are going to fail eventually due to battery wear.

You may want to check your local Merlbourne costco for newer hearing aids that are significantly better than the ones you have.
