I purchased a pair of Oticon Epoc hearing aids in 2005. The program select Rocker Switch is missing. It appears to merely snap in. My audiologist said it would be $350 to have Oticon replace the missing rocker switch. Otherwise the work fine.
- Is this a part I can replace myself.
- What is involved in replacement
- Where can I purchase the rocker switch button part
I can switch programs by using a very small screw driver and manually depressing the switch.
I know technology has passed my HAs by - I was not aware how much until I logged back onto this forum after a decade absence. Thanks to the forum I know the long term trajectory of replacing the HAs; being retired, I need to save for that day and extend the use of what I have.
