Picked up my Kirkland Premium 6.0 hearing aids in July 2015. Happy with the $1799 purchase from Westbury Long Island Costco so far. As others have mentioned, getting an appointment was difficult. My local Costco started providing Saturday appointments which helped. The person that gave me hearing test was a hearing aid dispenser not an audiologist (they do have an audiologist that works on different days). I have seen 2 ear doctors previously that ended up with the same results, moderate hearing loss at all frequencies but more loss at the higher frequencies which caused conflicts with my wife and daughters. They promised me delivery in two weeks. After two weeks I got a call from Costco saying that the wrong hearing aids were delivered. about 10 days later they called and scheduled a pickup date for the correct order. I got them in dark grey which matches my hair. I was happy from the beginning the Kirkland aid felt and sounded great. The only thing I noticed when I got home was that the treble was kind of hissy. I lowered the treble and saved the setting with the iPhone app for both normal and restaurant usage. The batteries last me between 4 and 5 days.
Two months later I went for a follow up visit and the Costco provider added the Music setting to my hearing aids. I can’t see paying more for other brands unless you need features that the Kirkland hearing aids don’t offer.
