Just lost hearing in my right ear suddenly, currently on tapered Prednisone, and pretty much expecting to need hearing aids in the near future. Specifically looking at the KS10’s from Costco as that they seem to be the most cost effective product since insurance is worthless in this regard.

If someone can hook me up with the Phonak Target 7.1 as well, it would be awesome. Thanks so much!

Anyone have an issue with updating target 7? Im showing an update on two computers however it will refuse to download?

That’s strange, did you try rebooting your PC, not just a restart, but turn off and then turn back on.

Also what version of Target are you on at the moment.

I’d try uninstalling and reinstalling target, you’ll still have your client data stored.
Is there anything in the updates worth getting,no need to update if you don’t actually have to.

It’s unknown what that exact exception would be, a lot of things can go wrong while downloading with WiFi networks breaking connection at crucial times.
Try ethernet cable connection as well.

Not sure, Had the same issue on 2 different installations (Computers). also tried multiple internet connections.

Ended up having someone send me the update file and it fixed my installation.

I’ve “done” all the audiology online courses for Target - it would be helpful if there was also a complete manual that I could read that explored each setting IN DEPTH - although that might be in the help section (if any?) of the software… the 13 page desktop fitting guide is not particularly comprehensive.
