Hi all, new member here. I’ve been struggling with my Phonak Audéo Infinio I90 for a while now. Several appointments with different audiologists haven’t really solved the fitting issues, so I’ve decided to take matters into my own hands and try self-programming. Would anyone be kind enough to point me toward a download for Phonak Target? Any help would mean a lot. Thanks in advance

Hi all, I just bought my first - Infinio Spheres. I was disappointed that my audi wants me to return to their office once a month for programming tweaks, as I have a very demanding job and can’t afford that much time off. I’m ordering a Noah device to try tweaking things myself, but I can’t seem to find the download link for the Phonak Target software. Any pointers?

I’ve just looked at your . It looks like you have open or , which are quite open. I suggest trying something more occluded, like power domes. Make sure you place them carefully very deep in your ear canals (bony part - 1/3rd length of ear canal closest to your eardrums. You might need to buy smaller domes to do that, like L–>M, or M–>S size.
Changing domes changes also “earplug effect” so it requires additional fine tuning with adding more gain across all frequencies, especially in mid (>= 1 kHz) and highs (>= 3-4 kHzs).

I am new to hearing aids. I like my Phonak Infinio 90 Ultra but the audiologist I bought them from is not interested in helping me program them. Instead she charges me service fees for every visit, including a recent warranty repair. While I like the devices, I dont care for her. Can you help me learn how to get the software? I am certain that I know or can figure out the programming. Thank you.
