One of my hearing aids stopped working several days ago. It flashes amber in the charger. I have tried all the suggestions-1 changing power source, 2 cleaning inside the charger 3 getting a new battery which worked until it needed recharging. I have just arrived overseas for a month. Any suggestions?

Could you elaborate a bit more on this, are you sure you used the correct replacement type?

Hello, thanks for responding. I found some advice and used a hairdryer for a couple of minutes and I put it back in the charger and the flashing stopped and put the on and it is working!

Yeah that works quite well, but just needs to confirm they used the correct one.
