@cvkemp You make a lot of great points. I got the new hearing aids specifically because I needed the connectivity for working. I started with Phonak Marvels and I returned them because they were so unreliable. Phonak rushed them out with ridiculous limitations, so I found them to be unusable in practice. The Opn and Opn S hearing aids were much better, but this experience with the More hearing aids has been a step in the wrong direction. I’ve been emailing with Oticon Canada, which is denying that this is a known problem. They want to send my hearing aids and ConnectClip to Europe for analysis. They are going to give me replacements, because otherwise, I would have a hard time keeping in contact with colleagues. It’s interesting that my contact at Oticon has no idea about this issue, when you have two people that corroborate this to be a known problem.
