Hi, I am trying to access my Danalogic Ambio Smart 67’s (UK NHS issue). Tenkan has sent me version 1.0.0.34 of the software but this does not list the Smart 67’s, is there a later version of this software that I should be using?. (Using Noah wireless 2 to try and access)

Yeah of course, you should of just asked for the later version for the “smart” but did you try just updating the version you have, NHS… hopefully not code locked which they seem to have a habit of doing.

I found the software manager program and tried to force an update, but nothing happens. I also noticed there is a GN notification app running in the background. This has a link straight to a login page requiring an account number which I don’t have. I suspect the software update requires the same account number to log in and update

Hello @Menglxs,
I am looking for the programming software for my UK NHS Danalogic Ambio 77. Unfortunately, I lost one of my hearing aids while biking and need to replace it with a second-hand device. Since I can’t afford the programming fee at the moment, I’d like to try programming it myself.
Additionally, do you know if there are any hearing aid programming software options available for Mac?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dan

I just sent you a link via PM, please check.
I believe all hearing aids brand Fitting software only runs under Windows, maybe you can install Windows 11 on your Mac via a VMware Workstation.

Is it a Danalogic aid you have lost? If so your local audiology should give you a replacement, or maybe charge you for one, which won’t be so expensive. I lost one of mine and was replaced without charge. Or do you want to pair the Ambio with another aid until you can replace the lost one?

HI Barry. Thanks for your post. I went to audiologist today and fortunately was given a free replacement. So all is good right now. The NHS is a real treasure.

Hi, I’ve just received Danalogic Ambio 77 aids from the NHS. Would someone be kind enough to send me a link to the appropriate/latest Danalogic programming software for these aids please?
Thanks in advance.

I’ve been tinkering with Bernafons for some 9 years now. Been lurking around these forums for a similar number of years too. Already have a Noahlink Wireless, so all good to go. Thank you!
