Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, please be sure to research and read the user guides before starting your DIY projects as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless as well.

Hi. Would I be able to get a download link to allow me to program my NHS Ambio S 77 aids. Already have NoahLink Wireless. Audi was using version 2.0 if that is available, thanks!

What software number are you using for the Ambio S 77 and is it all working?

I’ve got the software which is 1.8 and I’m wondering if they are okay to program the Ambio S 77 that my Step Mum has just been issued.

Can’t see a way to update the software.

I’m using 1.18 and was able to program and adjust my NHS Ambio S 77 aids… good job too as the Specsavers Audi was useless!

Kept treating me like an idiot with zero experience… yet here I am on my 5th set of private aids and 25 years of experience. Wouldn’t do what I asked him, so now adjusted myself. Luckily my regular aids are Resound Customs, so I knew my way around the software.

This is exactly how my Step Mum is being treated.

Even left her with the wrong domes.

My Step Mum has Phonak private Aids and the Ambio S 77 now.
